Privacy policy
This page explains in plain words what Micro Maanster (the studio at studio.micromaanster.com) keeps about you, where it is kept, who receives it, and how you can get a copy or have it deleted.
Who we are
Micro Maanster is run by OmniSys, registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For any question about your data, write to support@micromaanster.com.
Account data
- Your name and email address.
- If you sign up with a password, we keep only a hash of it, never the password itself. If you sign in with Google, we keep your Google account id and hold no password for you.
- The organisation or studio you created or were invited to, its members and each member's role.
- Your sign-in sessions, so you can see which devices are signed in and sign them out.
- Your interface language and theme.
Content you upload or create
- Script packages and their versions.
- Actor, place and object images, generated images, audio and video.
- Your decisions in the studio (accepting or rejecting a clip, and why) and the cost ledger of each job.
Content files are stored in Cloudflare R2. The database runs on a DigitalOcean server in Singapore and its backups are kept both at DigitalOcean and in R2.
Who receives your content
To do a job you start in the studio, part of your content is sent to these services. Each receives only what that job needs:
- BytePlus ModelArk: video generation, and keeping actor portraits in a private portrait library for that purpose.
- OpenRouter: image and text models (for example keyframes and the English version of each shot).
- ElevenLabs: dialogue voices.
- Resend: account email, such as confirmation codes, invitations and password resets.
- Google: sign-in only, if you choose to sign in with Google.
- Stripe and Zarinpal: payments, when switched on. You enter your card on the payment provider's own page and it never reaches us; we receive only the amount and the result.
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. Each provider processes the content only to do the task you asked for, under its own terms: BytePlus, OpenRouter, ElevenLabs, Resend, Google, Cloudflare, DigitalOcean, Stripe and Zarinpal.
Cookies
The studio sets only the cookies it needs to work: the sign-in session, short-lived cookies during sign-up and Google sign-in, and your language and theme. There are no analytics, tracking or advertising tools. These public pages set no cookies at all.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account exists. Backups rotate: daily backups are kept for 7 days, weekly for 4 weeks and monthly for 6 months, then deleted. Our hosting provider also keeps its own server backups for a limited time under its own policy.
Getting a copy or deleting your data
To get a copy of your data, or to have your account and content deleted, email support@micromaanster.com. We answer within 30 days. After deletion, your data also leaves the backups as they rotate.
Changes to this page
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top, and for any important change we email account owners.
